Your Child Deserves to Feel Understood—And So Do You

Is your child struggling with behaviors that leave you feeling helpless, exhausted, or heartbroken? The tantrums, outbursts, or withdrawal leave you feeling unsure and overwhelmed. Or maybe you’re navigating your own emotional pain—trauma, anxiety, grief, or the intense demands of parenting.

Whether you're supporting a young child, adjusting to family changes, or working through your own healing, I’m here to help.

I’m Tamra, a trauma-informed therapist trained in EMDR Therapy, Play Therapy, andTrauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I specialize in working withchildren under 12, especially those experiencing behavioral challenges, developmental concerns, or signs of Autism Spectrum Disorder. I also support adults recovering from childhood sexual, emotional, or physical abuse, and those coping with Postpartum Emotional Health, Grief & Loss, or the challenges of blended family life.

Using evidence-based techniques in a gentle, creative, and supportive environment, I help children and families build trust, regulate emotions, and begin to heal. My approach integrates Mind-Body Bridging, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), grounded in deep respect for your journey.
