Hayley Baldwin, LCSW

Are you overwhelmed with not knowing how to help your child? Is your child anxious, angry, or withdrawn? Or maybe your child is struggling emotionally or socially at home or in the school setting?

If you are worried your youth is experiencing similar trials, we can work together as a team to help navigate your child's specific needs. With support from parents or guardians, I can offer resources to help your child learn healthy coping skills to manage everyday stresses and manage big emotions.

Or are you, finding yourself in a place of change or uncertainty? Wondering how to cope with the pressures and stresses of life?

I can offer tools to help you manage the load you are carrying. We can work together as a team to help you find a sense of self-peace.

Because of my compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor during sessions, clients can feel at ease and comfortable. I use a variety of evidence-based therapy methods. Some of these methods might look like helping my clients identify negative or positive behavior patterns, exploring emotions, problem-solving, learning healthy ways to cope, and encouraging the client to practice these skills. Each client is different and I use their individual strengths to assist them in achieving their goals. I work diligently to meet the unique needs of each client that I have the opportunity to work with.
