Are you feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges? Do you struggle with emotions or thoughts that feel too heavy to bear? Have feelings of anxiety, depression, or trauma left you feeling disconnected from yourself and others? Whether you ’ re a teen facing the difficulties of growing up, an adult dealing with grief, loss, or past traumas, or a couple feeling lost in your marriage, you don ’ t have to walk this path alone. Taking the step to consider help shows courage and strength.

I specialize in supporting teens and adults navigating complex emotions and life challenges. I help teens who face self - confidence issues, developmental struggles, or the effects of trauma, depression, and anxiety. For adults, I offer a compassionate space to exp lore the impacts of anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma that can leave you feeling trapped.

In our work together, I ’ ll help you identify which thoughts and emotions serve your well - being and which ones hold you back. Together, we ’ ll build tools to help you move through the blocks that keep you from finding joy and connection. It ’ s an honor to sit with clients in their dark moments, hold their pain, and empower them as they work toward healing. Watching clients find peace, strength, and ownership over the ir progress is a privilege I deeply value.

In addition to individual therapy, I also specialize in helping couples who want to reconnect in their relationships. Many couples come to me feeling lost or disconnected in their marriage due to unexpected challe nges or past hurts. My approach is to guide couples in identifying and leading with their core values, rediscovering what ’ s most important to them as partners. Together, we ’ ll explore the unique strengths within your relationship and use them as tools for healing and growth.

Are you ready to take the next step toward healing and change? Let ’ s work together to create a path that brings you back to yourself.
